During your initial consultation, our experienced medical aesthetician will assess your specific needs and recommend the most suitable treatments tailored to your individual goals. We offer VISIA Skin Analysis which guides you and your medical aestheticians skin treatment plan.

Many of our treatments are non-invasive or minimally invasive, allowing for little to no downtime. However, some procedures may require a short recovery period, which will be discussed during your consultation.

The number of sessions required depends on the treatment and your individual response to it. Our experts will provide a personalized treatment plan with estimated timelines during your consultation.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Return/Refund Policy

Services – If you no longer wish to complete a package, service or membership series, any remaining funds may be transferred towards another service. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Unused credits will be made available on your profile at Spring Esthetics and will only be valid for one year from original purchase. 

If you not longer wish to complete a package - the calculation will be based on the number of treatments you received at regular price and then subtracted from the package price to determine if you will be receiving a credit on your profile. 

All gift cards, gift certificates, products, series, and service purchases are non-refundable.
